I booked the family room which includes 4 beds. I have to say this is the most sensible decision I made! Out of all the other hotels we stayed during our trip in Japan, this is the one we felt most comfortable with. Room is very clean, and staff are very helpful with various questions.

This was the final stop for us on our trip and compared to other hotels this felt most remote. Possibly more business location the bonus there is many eating options. Hotel itself was booked via expedia - on arrival room was dated with older smelling carpet. We did request upgrade and recieved a large modern updated room ( we did pay for this upgrade at hotel )well worth it. We didnt mind the walk to stations though some families may especially in wet weather no covers along transport route. Not a lot of life around - so atmosphere was a little limited. We stayed 3 nights overall..onsite menue is expensive. This woukd be better suited to business travellers rather than holiday tourists IMO

This hotel is really beyond our expectations in all kinds of factors: 1) breakfast buffet, clean, fresh and delicious. Sweet fruits - grapefruit and kiwi are so sweet never tasted in North America; Naturally sweet vegetables and sushi quality Japanese rice, meats including salmon and pork all delicious! And even more, in addition to the black coffee which quality much better than any North America’s coffees, you can have a cup of Cappuccino! And many choices of juices quality even better than those in Caribbean resorts! This hotel breakfast quality is much above a 5 star hotel! It’s a real gem in Tokyo. 2) Location is very convenient, walk distance to Tokyo Dome! 10 minutes train to Ginza Shibuya and most attractions. 20 -30 minutes to Mitaka, teamLab Planets. We booked an east wing family room which has 3 beds very comfortable and quiet. All in all, we are very happy to change to this hotel at last minute for our first 7 nights Tokyo trip! We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is super clean and comfortable. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel. I really like the fact that it’s a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I can actually relax after a long day of walking around in the city. This hotel is the highlight of the trip to Tokyo. We really like the location a lot and it’s only 5mins away from the train stations.

The hotel is in a great location. Local conveniences just outside the doors (on both sides with Starbucks close by). Amazing shopping at the Tokyo Dome and the trains a quick walk away. The staff are super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was awesome! This is my 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and will surely keep coming back. Customer service is excellent. Very convenient to go to convenient stores, restaurants, and train station. I love the staff and the room is cozy and comfortable! Very clean indeed!

There are 2 buildings. One is newer. When I booked my room, I can not tell the difference from the pictures on website, but it looks quite different in real life. It should be described more in detail so I might be able to choose newer one even it’s more expensive

Decent location and rooms were nice and clean. The subway lines were very easy to get to which made transiting to and from the hotel convenient. Staff were friendly, maybe not the most helpful with giving directions but that could be due to language barrier. The hotel advertises having a gym - but it is just a few cardio machines and no weights. As a couple that filters hotels based on having a gym, this was very disappointing.

Location is in quieter side of Tokyo (not near to tourist areas), near Tokyo Dome (which can be crowded during baseball matches). The room is decently clean and modern, with nespresso coffee machine and chromecast for the big TV. Laundry room is also decent and big with 8 machines that can be seen on the TV whether they are in use or not. The only downside is the ventilation filter on the ceiling near the door, which is very dusty and not replaced throughout my stay. Though there is an air filter in the room, it still makes me have a sinus allergy reaction. Staff service is good too. Will still recommend to anyone who prefers a quiet stay
