Worst experience ever at a hotel. The people in the room above us were stomping around their room until midnight then again at 6am. We couldn't sleep because of the constant loud noises. There is no insulation so you can hear each footstep plus they were walking heavily making the ceiling creek loudly. The balconies offer no privacy because they are angled towards eachother. Then you have a train that passes through at night and morning several times which is also very loud. Staff was nice and room is spacious but the thin floors and the constant noise made our experience miserable.

The room was spotless with a great ocean view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast options. Free coffee and water all day. The only downside was the thin walls. We could hear people in different rooms throughout our stay.

The staff, especially DJ and Frank, were awesome. They responded quickly to my concerns. The room could benefit from lighting above the coffee, refrigerator area. A screen on the patio door would keep out the pesky flying bugs when you want to enjoy the ocean air. It was an enjoyable experience, and I hope to come back.
