The ocean front room has a wonderful ocean view. Please note that it is also directly over the Pacific Coast Highway which has a lot of traffic noise.

The property is in a beautiful location. Bedsheets had sand in them and new sheets had what looked like blood on them. Sink in bathroom was plugged and faucet was leaking. Hot tub heater was out. It appears management is unwilling or unable to maintain the property adequately.

Away from the crowds at the beach.

Comfortable bed. Very small room. Needs some updating. Staff were all very pleasant. Good location for summer at the beach, away from the crowds, but expensive for what you get. Continental breakfast included boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, packaged danishes, and self-service waffles.

Great staff! Hotel shabby

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The big problem I had was with the overall condition of our room. On the floor in the bathroom there were rust marks on the floor and walls. In the living room the sofa had warn arms and needed cleaning. The little galley kitchen was clean as well as the refrigerator. Floors were clean. I did not think the room was worth the money.

Staff 5 Stars!!!! Love the view of the ocean. They also had Boogie Board for the kids. The room was very roomy! They just have to update the sofa mattress.

The good, the bad and the ugly…

there were three of us staying in a three person suite. The king bed mattress was completely shock. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it. The full out full-size in the living room was even worse than the king mattress. Just not a great place for humans to sleep. flor was dirty and our feet were black when we walked without our shoes. There was black mold in the bathroom and even though there were three of us on the reservation, there was only one cup for coffee, one cup in bathroom and we had to scrounge up the sleeping sheets, pillows and blankets for the hideous pull out bed. On the bright side, the management company hires wonderful people. They were totally sweet and helpful.
