The location is great and very close to the beach, but our experience had some issues that made the stay uncomfortable, especially as we were traveling with a toddler.
Shortly after check-in, the floor in our room was wet and our toddler slipped and fell. When we mentioned this, the response we received was dismissive rather than apologetic. The TV cable was also not working and was never resolved during our two-night stay, and we were told the hotel was sold out when we asked about changing rooms.
What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled at the front desk. When we tried to express concerns calmly and asked for a manager, we were not given escalation information and were spoken to in a way that felt unprofessional. Because of this, we chose not to push the issue further during the stay.
The hotel has potential due to its location, but better attention to room readiness, safety, and guest communication—especially for families with children—would make a big difference.
