We stayed for one night and upon waking up in the morning, the whole room was covered in ants. The ceiling, bed, walls and dresser had ants crawling all over. We wanted to clean the ants off of us so I put my daughter in the shower. Initially the water temperature was appropriate for her, then suddenly it turned scorching hot and then within seconds it went to freezing cold, then back to scorching. We hadn’t touched the temperature knob at all. It continued to go from hot to cold and would not regulate. My daughter got burned from the water temperature on her back. I went to the front desk and explained that we had multiple ants in the room and the water temperatures were constantly changing. The front desk told me to “respond to the email review to report my concerns”. It felt like I was completely brushed off. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone after this experience.
