I've been requesting for a room nearby the reception, with the view to the pool. When I've arrived the hotel the reception gave me a room at the end of the hotel and the view to freeway and noisy. When I was in discussing about the situation, he said that's all we have. After confronted with him for a while and I didn't want to give him my credit card to charge for the stay and I've told him that I couldn't stay in a room for 18 days, when that room faced to the freeway and noisy. Then he finally gave me 4 rooms at building one to choose from. I'm sure that the hotel had more than 4 rooms vacant at that time. I really dislike that the hotel maid just cleaned my room every 7 days. I think they should clean the room every 3-4 days for the clean and freshness. I've stayed 18 nights and they cleaned 2 times only. The worst part of this was, after I stayed for 6 nights, I've requested to clean room on the 7. days, another guy said that he will see what was avaible. Guess what, the day after the room wasn't cleaned at all. Then I have to request cleaning another day. That's sad to be treated like that by the receptionist. Third, they should change new water machine og cardio mashine, when those doesn't work propperly.

Pretty nice clean large rooms. Some odd choices for furniture like a table a bit too long with 2 hard to drag out heavy chairs. One lines up with the refrigerator so if you do pull it out, it blocks the door. And that chair faces the TV. I feel like that table could be smaller also a short table next to the couch is unnecessary. Howerver, the room is huge. Kitchenette is great. Fixtures were great. Laundry is coin only and washer/dryer did a good job. I had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner in the shower, the front desk said theyd get "shower gel" to me, but it never came. Not a big deal. Plenty of parking. Overall the most important aspects were good, big clean room, comfy bed, great Kitchenette, easy parking.

We had a suite and rented it for 7 nights. We had 1 made sevice. All towel changes or supplies had to come from front desk. The breakfasts were simply awful. There were 40 or more guests with one toaster 4 slices. The first 6 days only 2 of the 4 working instead of replacing it the hotel put up a sign stating it wasn’t working. Two mornings we went out for breakfast because even though we were 20 minutes before closing there was no food. The laundry room was filthy. The carpets in our room had burn marks and were not clean. It is dog friendly and there was dog poo on the sidewalk. Frankly the worst experience ever. Poor does not do this place justice pathetic is a better word.
