Came here to stay for Disney staff went above and beyond’s convenient breakfast and open bar made is an easier trip to Disney very clean kid friendly would definitely come again for our next Disney trip.

As soon as we walked in we got allergies, most likely pets had stayed in that room. The bed was uncomfortable couldn’t sleep and when the air conditioning started, it sounded like if a helicopter was flying overhead. Very disappointed that parking was a extra fee. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I've stayed here several times with work. This last visit I was a little frustrated because I was charged for a water when I had not purchased one. When I called to have the charge removed I was told that it would be refunded back to my card but it never was.

Omgosh Gina and the wonderful manager on duty on September 6th at arond 5:30pm were the most incredibly kind amazing people!!! We also simply died over Cindy who was the night manager and charged our phones while we slept. She explained eveything and everyone had big smiles. Uum...could we live here, please? lol. We lvoe the AC Hotel brand! Ps We loved the bartender too!
