Room was nice. Hotel is great. However, we asked if we could check in a couple of hours early. They said our room was ready but we would have to pay $75. I have never been told this at any other property before. Usually if the room is ready, hotels are happy to offer you the room early. We had been traveling and just wanted to put our stuff down before attending our event.

Everything is nice. Love the express check out - having a staff check out for us as we walked out the elevator. Love the free breakfast. The only complaint I have is that one morning as we were rushing to meet up with friends, some guests (the university of Hawaii female sport team) parked their cars on the exit lane at the main entrance, waiting for their students to check out and get into their vehicles. The entry lanes were also full of cars, so we were stuck there for a little while. Fortunately, one of the entry lanes got cleared up, so we got out that way. If this happens again, please direct them to wait for their students in the garage or somewhere without blocking other guests. Their strong athletes can push their suitcases to the garage like everyone else. Thank you!
