Breakfast and the staff serving were quite good. Had difficulty with shower that stopped working and needed to take a bath (as a less desireable option). Sink was pretty clogged up and the room on my 4th day was not cleaned and bed not made up even though I was gone for the day from 9 am till 8:30 pm
They have wonderful front desk and kitchen customer service. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. We will definitely stay here in the future.
Checked in with my family, the staff were great, the cleanliness of the room were great. The breakfast included was a bonus! Buffet option. The space in the room has enough for 5-6ppl. Will definitely come back!
I’d originally have rated our stay a 3.5 out of 5 ... but Scotty and Alyssa at the front desk completely changed that. They were honestly two of the most amazing staff members we’ve encountered anywhere. Despite long lines and a stressful situation, they stayed calm, kind, and professional, making every guest feel respected and cared for. Their positive attitude and genuine effort turned our experience around. Scotti and Alyssa, you two rock! You turned my 3.5 stay into a solid 4.5. Thank you!
