First things first, I use to live in the apartment complex years ago across from this hotel and would always have a view of the Marriott hotel.
Now that I live in San Diego I stayed here one night after attending a baby shower in the area. Hotel rooms are okay nothing special…. Unfortunately if you are a light sleeper like me you will hear EVERYTHING. So many doors are opening and closing at late hours. I found it very odd to have a drop ceiling in the bathroom with no ventilation….

Staff was incredible. My only and major complaint was the “queen” beds were too small and not very comfortable. If I had other suggestions it would be a fire place in the lobby and also the fire pits outside don’t work well because the flame is too far from the seeting.
