5th time staying at this hotel and we will continue to come back each year! Every year we get a warm welcome when checking in. Despite only coming once a year, we get recognized every time. Rooms are always clean and stocked with basic toiletries and coffee. We’ve had to extend the stay a few times due to getting stuck in snow storms and they’ve were nothing but accommodating and made it super easy to add an extra day at little charge too. Such a convenient location being only walking distance from the heavenly shops and gondolas. Only an hour drive from Reno and Virginia City. This will continue to be our go to spot

Great location! Recommended.
Location was great. We could walk back and forth from the gondola fairly easily. The front desk and cleaners were friendly. I wish they would consider upgrading the beds and bedding.

Fantastic location in terms of going out and doing activities! Pretty Simple rooms but they did great in terms of sleeping, plus the heater worked quite well. Suuuper nice people running the desk, enjoyed chatting with whomever was up there. PS. Breakfast is pretty limited so I wouldnt suggest planning your meal there. All In All I would say thats a solid 4/5!
