The property is in a nice central location on the strip. Easy walking to other properties. The resort fee should be reviewed on a regular basis.... especially if you don't use the parking, the pool is closed, there is only access for only 2 people to use the internet and we had 3 people in our room. I feel that we didn't use our $72/day charge. Also, we had to request fresh towels each day, not once did anyone come to clean the room. The wifi and internet was terrible in all the Ceasar's properties. When we were in the casinos, and even in our room we were unable to send texts or emails on our LTE connection. we also didn't see many staff that seemed happy, we felt like we were imposing when asking for something. Overall, not sure we would stay again.

Parking very confusing. Long check in time. Air conditioning wouldn't turn off. Noticed dirty bathroom floors dirty head board dirty bathroom door and behind sink. City view was bad and had view of roof top and construction.

Our stat was not the best. First issue was the room I book was not what I got. I book a one queen sized bed, i got two twin size beds and one had a sink in it. The second issue is that house keeping never clean our the 3 nights we stayed there. I haf to call to get towel and let them know I ask for room services when we checked in but got none. Third issue they didn't have a lot of restaurants to choose from like the other hotels.

I loved staying at Harrah’s. The hotel is updated and clean. A/c really didn’t blow as cold until day 2 but it wasn’t bad. Nice casino and it’s a great location. Only walking distance from the famous Ferris Wheel. Will stay there again

first of all they put us in a handycapped room when i turned down the bed the sheets wete stained that looked like urine. so they moved us then the next day we went out we come back the room wasnt cleaned and we had no clean towels bacause we had to use the towels for the floor because the shower sprayed the water all over the floor cause it was a half door

Harrah's Horror!
Room was noisy. Opposite side of elevators. Carpets needed cleaning or replacing. Plug outlets did not hold things in. Plugs fell out, phone didn't charge, watch didn't charge next to bed on nightstands. When showering, water sprays on marble floors. Slipping hazard. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Couldn't reach front desk by phone on nightstand. Nothing complimentary. Blinking msg on phone continuous with same recorded msg. "Boy who cried wolf"!? Booked through Hotels.com but wouldn't accept the gift card for balance payment.
