Clean and comfortable
Room was clean and comfortable. Everything as described. My only concern is that since Tuesday night I started smelling cigarette smoke coming thru vents. There was also some very loud guests in the halls on Wednesday and Thursday morning, before 7am.

We had requested housekeeping service for our stay at check-in and every single day, we would return to our room in the late afternoon/early evening and it was never done. I would contact guest services and every time they stated I had declined housekeeping at check in. When I disputed this then they said they would change my preference to request housekeeping. It was like Groundhog Day- this happened EVERY day with the same response when we inquired why no one came to clean our room despite guest services telling me they would submit our request. We stayed Saturday through Thursday. We insisted twice during our stay that we wanted the room freshened up so they sent someone at the end of the day meaning we had to vacate the room soecifically for them to freshen up the room for it to happen. We will find an alternative place to stay next time.

I was charged twice on my visa for the rooms and they refused to fix it and said it was the exchange rate difference, I even got Expedia involved but they were no help. It finally got corrected when I was checking out a week later and another thing if you want a fridge there's an extra charge. If you want a coffee machine there's an extra charge. I would never recommend this hotel a very dissatisfied customer

Staying at a hotel it should have two good things. A good bed and a good shower. The shower door in this case was about a third of the size of the shower. The whole backside of the shower was open. Every time you took a shower the whole bathroom flooded. in addition to that, it was great that they had a make up mirror, but there was no chair in the room so you had to stand up to put on your make up which you were too tall for the make up mirror then. In addition, hotel room does even have some sort of small refrigerator for a bottle water . Harrahs doesn’t
