room had mild a/c issues, it would shut down at night making room somehow warm without turning back on right away, also outside night light would go thru courtains making it hard to sleep, some noises could be heard from room on top

Great location and value.
The location for can't be beat. The rooms are big, and in fair condition. You can see signs of wear everywhere, but nothing too bad. The casino floor is respectable. The food court is small but convenient for quick bite. Overall great value for great location.

The hotel staff was friendly and check in was easy. Although the property states remodeled, it was still obviously outdated in areas, carpets in the hallway and our bathroom vanity had chipped paint. The room was clean and comfy. It would have been nice to have a microwave and small coffee pot in the room. I get it, it's Vegas and the hotel wants you spend money at their shops. Beware that the shop we bought sodas and snacks in do does not have prices posted. Always ask the price before they ring up your purchase. I think $5.00 for a 20oz. soda is crazy. We could buy the same soda from the drink machine on our floor for $3.00. The hotel was conveniently located and were able to walk to most of our show venues. All that being said, we enjoyed our time in Las Vegas.

We arrived early and were told we could check in early however the room was not what we booked. We were not provided with details about the change and were charged more. The hotel was unresponsive to hotels.com customer service. I received a call tge next day from hotel staff saying we could switch rooms, the next day. By day 3, what's the point. The offered a $50 room credit for the inconvenience. Then pool was noted as closed. Online it says open daily, so i called downstairs. I was assured the pool is indeed open. My husband had surgery and i am recovering from a broken leg. The pool is not close to the elevator. We walked all the way and found it was not open. It just seems like staff is misinformed and are unable to communicate effectively with guests. I won't be staying here again.
