Nice quite room to unwind & relax.
Nice clean room, with a large shower and loved the waterfall shower head. Very quiet room and extremely comfortable king size bed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms coukd use an update as well as new carpet in the common areas. The Casino/restsurant areas are very smoky. Something we're not used to.

While the hotel is centrally located that is about all that is good with it. Paid extra for a king size bed with a view of fountains. However they did not have a king sized bed so we were moved to a room with no fountain view. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking or announcing themselves. Very basic and aged rooms. Definitely not worth what we paid for.

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel! You can't beat the price and its location at the Las Vegas strip. A couple of recommendations that might help this hotel's operation: Have more check-in personnel, so guests don't have to stand in line for a long time to get processed! Also, strongly suggest that they put the instructions for the public parking in writing, so the guests know how they should use their room key in order the public parking payment can be charged to their room bill. A lot of the reviews indicates about this problem and I believe a written instructions will solve this confusion!

I didn't like the fire alarm going off for ten minutes at 4 am due to some malfunction. Totally shattered any shot I had at restful sleep. Polite staff. Well refurbished property. Excellent poker room. Great center strip location.

Overall good. Main disappointment was no jug to boil water in room for tea. And when asked, was not possible. I would have expected basic coffee and tea making services. Also pool was out and whilst we could use Horseshoe, not as conveinent making resort fees expensive for effectively wi fi use.

The location was excellent. It was nice and quiet. The room although clean looked tired. The fire alarm twice in the middle of the night was not appreciated. No apology or discount. Charging me for local calls , when they were supposed to be part of the resort fee, was also maddening. Not a large amount of money but the principle.

Loved the location of the Horseshoe. I don’t understand the poor reviews. There is a line up for check in around check in time, but otherwise, it was fine. I wouod stay here again.
