Very clean and comfortable room. Easy check-in and check out. Friendly and available staff. The staff helped me with the extra time I had to mind before my train out. Also, I loved the Cafe Origine beside the hotel. Best coffee in that neighbourhood. Fresh baked pastries every morning. Charming youthful vibe. The location is in walking distance to old Montreal, Chinatown and Saint Catherine's nightlife. Mile End is a bit more of a walk away but worth it! Maybe not in winter, though. Best to head straight for Saint Catherine's just south of the hotel for late evening dining or walking, as it seemed to always be lively with lots of options. At night, Sherbrooke and areas north and east were darker and quieter and I didn't enjoy walking there so much. As in all cities, the homeless population is visible and they actively panhandle. It made me uncomfortable a couple of times. This isn't the fault of the hotel but it was enough to make me have several discussions with family and friends on the necessity of long-term solutions to homelessness. I loved their Chinatown. Very cute little strip of restaurants, shops and bubble tea cafes. My favourite was the Coco bakery -- not the same as the Coco bubble tea franchise - altho the bakery also sold bubble tea. Best mochis i have ever had - except the durian flavoured one. They also had the Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle restaurant which was good too!

Housekeeping was great and all clean, reception staff always were able to help. Great location close to Saint Catherine Blvd. amazing. Thank you very much!!!

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were extremely pleased. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. We will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.
