While the apartment itself matched the description, the wifi was nearly unusable. We were there on a work trip and unable to even get on video calls. We reported the issue and got very little help with no improvement to the WiFi the entire time we were there.

Definitely paying for the location here! Quite pricey considering the shower barely functioned.
Excellent location, close to tube station but also walkable to shopping. Tesco and M&S food within few mins walk so easy to stock up if you wanted to use kitchen facilities.
Apartment was very safe, modern bathroom and kitchen, few bars and restaurants within couple mins walk across road.
Would recommend these apartments and would def stay again.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel experience ever. Rooms were filthy, sink and shower inoperable and did not drain, bedding was old, lumpy dirty and smelled bad, shower curtain was filthy, walls were dirty, rugs badly stained but worst of all was management’s attitude and lack of care for the situation. Stay was for five night and checked out after 1. Never book here.

Amazing location. A little tired on the furnishings but we kind of liked the felt at home feeling of it! The shower and bath were awesome…I’d recommend and would stay again
The 4th apartment is quiet a hike up some narrow stairs. Not at a problem for my group, but if you're a bigger person or struggle with walking at all, this property is not for you. The sister property across the street (44 Curzon) does have a lift though.
The instructions for check in leave something to be desired but once we sorted it out the staff could not have been more helpful or kind.
The space was excellent, we stayed in a 2 bed/1 bath unit that was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a Tesco right down the street.

Excellent, character filled, superb location.
Excellent first floor apartment in the middle of up scale Mayfair. Right opposite Shepherds Market, the location is spot on. The apartment its self (Apt 1 10 Curzon Street) is superb. Big living room, kitchen, good bathroom and very roomy bedroom. Layout is great. View is great. Location is great. Reception were great (located in 44 Curzon Street). I will defo stay there again.
Negatives:
No Air Con - wasn’t a big deal as you can open the front windows, but bedroom window doesn’t open. Air con would be a big big positive.
Apartment looks a bit tired in places - it’s an old building, some parts are scuffed, carpet has marks on it. I don’t mind things like that and if it were my own property I wouldn’t even think about doing anything ‘urgent’ about it. Just don’t expect a polished brand new apartment (with no character) this is ‘lived in’ (and all the better for it)
Also - beware the Victoria line underneath. Tube trains start rumbling around 5am, and you can hear them. Plus in and around Mayfair, including right outside Number 10 there are building works so it can be a bit noisy.
But. I loved it. And it’s going to be my go-to place to stay in London.
Can’t beat the experience this property provides. Great experience of having an apartment in central London who is close to everywhere you want to visit.
Simply picture perfect! Our family of 4 loved the space! Just amazing on all levels!

Excellent location for Palace visit (walkable)
It would have been an excellent visit bar one problem.
There was no hot water in the middle of the day. Having long hair it was not very pleasant showering and hair wash in cold water, which needed to be done before a very special social event that afternoon.
Otherwise facilities and location were excellent. A lovely restaurant over the road and a small supermarket close by made catering easy. Also we were not expecting it, but it was a lovely touch that there was milk in the fridge and coffee and tea to use in the kitchen.

There was noone on reception for check in and it took 40 minutes for someone to eventually help me check myself in by phone. Otherwise, excellent place.
Great property. Great location. Yes not great if you cannot manage stairs but this is a unique property so bear that in mind.
What made this amazing though was the team who helped us in to a temporary apartment after we arrived in London much much earlier than expected which was above and beyond.

Apartment 1 is a beautiful one bedroom apartment that faces the entrance to Sheppard's Market. It has old world charm such as high ceilings and crown moldings but also has modern amenities such as a brand new kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. The location could not be better, you can walk almost anywhere. I highly recommend this unit.
This was a lovely flat right in the heart of London, truly an amazing location. It was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was top notch. The kitchen was so convenient - I am just disappointed I was not able to spend more time at the flat as I was camping out for the Queen's funeral. I would definitely go back
