Comfortable and clean, a few broken bits but nothing dangerous only superficial. Spacious, well-stocked with tea, coffee, water, linens. Location is superb, right by the station exit song easy to find, a few decent places to eat nearby. Would be happy to stay again.

The first room we were in (because we need to change room after. Explain below), smelly but bearable. Spacious I have to say but a bit dark. One of the light not working in living room and one of window cannot open. We accepted. We later turned on washing machine. 5 min later, dirt water flushed back out from the bath tube with all the dirty substances. My family will then have to shower at the bath tube 1/3 fill with dirt water. We demand the room changes the next day since cannot reach any staff at night. The new room even bigger smell, one of the room the windows are all sealed. The entire house is much darker but at least window can open in living room and washing machine is working. Air con were not working at all (both rooms). Only good thing is, location. But I am sure London have way better choice that allow you to truly enjoy the city after night of good rest…

This property is a "serviced apartment." Our flat was spacious and clean, quiet on the back of the building, and in a great location for tourists, near Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane, and the Liverpool Street station. Because we had a third person with us, they put a folding bed in the living room for us, which was comfortable. Because the doors to the living room closed, that person could have some privacy. For business travel, it's also excellent, near all the major City law firms. The furnishings and decor were very spare, and the flat had an industrial feel to it, like it was a repurposed senior living apartment (although no grab bars or anything obvious like that), but that didn't bother me. It was very clean. Because it's a serviced apartment, and not a hotel, there's no restaurant or other hotel services in the building, but because of the location, and because there is a full kitchen, the absence of a restaurant is really a non-issue. (Don't know if there's a gym somewhere in the building.) There was no air conditioning (not that we needed it, but it might be a consideration if it were extremely warm). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It's great value for a travelling family, and with nice hotels in the area hovering around at no less than 400 a night for a single room with a queen bed, it's a great deal.

Easy access to everything, we were on the 4th floor and at the rear of the building so the street noise was good for us. This is a high energy area with a vibrant night life, this is fun and interesting but can be rowdy at times.

The apartment was spacious and convenient to the subway station. The furnishings were comfortable. The advertised rooftop patio was not accessible to guests, which was very disappointing as it was the feature we were looking forward to the most. The air conditioner did not work, so it was very hot. When it rained, the water leaked in from the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. The television options were poor. The location was very convenient to the grocery store. There was loud partying on the streets one night and trash and broken bottles everywhere come morning. The loft space was nice. The staff were polite.

A great spot to explore London. Good transport options close by. The apartment was spacious and generally quiet. Not a great view but not important as we were out most of the time. Will definitely stay again.
