Enjoyed a lovely stay. Close to multiple transportation options to get around the city. The area itself is clean, and feels safe walking late at night. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

Great stay, great hotel
Great stay and very friendly staff, could not fault room or location. My only slight gripe is that we checked in on line, we then checked in at hotel and were asked for ID. We left bags at hotel as room was not yet ready and when we returned we basically had to check in again and show ID. I get that we needed ID but to go through whole process again was frustrating .Whatsthe point of checking in on line.

Good quality hotel next to the Inns of Court. Corridors were a bit pokey as the hotel is in a converted old building but the stay was high standard overall. 2 mins to Royal Courts of Justice and 20 min walk to Charing Cross.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were polite and helpful . We were given complimentary room upgrade. Mulled wine on arrival, a Prosecco and discount on food/ drink. Helped make our pre Christmas getaway even more special thank you !

Fleet Street lovely hotel
Strange that there was not an elevator or method to reach someone for assistance with heavy luggage. It was very cold and rainy on arrival so not having an easy way to get my heavy suitcase inside was surprising. Otherwise, fine hotel. Quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice restaurant.

Excellent hotel
The hotel and rooms were full finished to a high standard. A good standard of cleanliness with all the amenities you need. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
