From the minute, my daughter and I arrived we are welcome to buy a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I feel so bad for not giving his name. He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a very charming appeal to it. The room was very cute! I really liked the style of this hotel. The young guy that worked the coffee shop was also very friendly. Overall, everyone was very nice. Everything was very clean the Christmas tree outside and also entering the hotel was beautiful. I definitely will be back.

Great property our apartment was just what we needed plenty of space for us to relax and all our luggage. Transport at the door or 15 min walk to Tower Bridge - so easy. Found walking around the street behind lead us to a street full of little bars and eateries, so a nice surprise. Only thing we thought apartment needed was sheer curtains as once full wall of curtains opened - apartments opposite could look straight in. the large deck we had - deck chairs would be great in summer. Thanks for great stay and all staff were very friendly and helpful..

We booked three rooms. The one my husband and I were given was tiny and very claustrophobic. My son’s room was much bigger, with a large bathroom and a lovely huge window, so we traded. The bed was super comfortable and the shower amazing. However, there were holes in the walls like someone had taken a chisel to it very weird. Other than that for the exceptional price we were quite impressed. Lovely lobby with a coffee shop. It’s definitely got a younger vibe and is not a full service hotel but it’s walkable to Tower Bridge, The Shard, Borough Market and the Thames to grab an Uber Boat. Would certainly stay again.

Funky place but didn't feel like a hotel.
Funky place, main floor is a work space for outside patrons, felt like you were walking through an office to get to your hotel room. Our room was the first floor that faced the bus stop and with double decker buses, we had to close the curtains full time, felt like we were in a basement suite.
