Quality is going down.
Tv remote was broken. Tried to turn on the tv and then it was not connected to any source so mo tv channels were available. The plug of the iron was broken. Quality of the breakfast has also deteriorated.

The hotel as no drive through to drop of passengers, u have to get off on a busy Main Street with your bags, no luggage trolley etc or anyone to assist u. Not sure Wht was going on, there was people everywhere @ the reception sleeping on the couches etc. Very unprofessional, no uniform etc, u cannot tell the guest apart from workers. The Bathroom was very very untidy. This is a 4star hotel, they don’t even provide u shower cap or a bottle of water etc. The breakfast was a good variety too choose from. It is not central to any attractions etc.?

Superb hotel!
Awesome stay. Was there for my wife's 40th birthday. Hotel staff were attentive, professional and super capable. The room has an incredible view of the sky scrapers- they were within touching distance! Great stay, thank you! The only downside was the rooftop bar, which I understand is independent from the hotel. Staff were rude and condescending.
