Ultra modern hotel that is very impersonal. Room was extremely small. King size bed was literally touching 3 walls. Toilet and shower are in a plexiglass enclosure. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that is not twenty-something and a techie. There was also mouse droppings in our bed.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved how comfy the bed and pillows were. The Room is small but that didn’t really matter to us since we really just slept, changed clothes and showered, it’s not like we travelled to London to just sit in a room all day hah. Only thing is we struggled to figure out how to keep the lights from turning on every time we opened the door, but this was a minor thing. Good coffee bar in the lobby/restaurant area. Drinks and views at the rooftop bar were excellent.

GREAT LOCATION. The location is the best, it is close to the tower bridge and London bridge. 3 train lines are right downstairs and the tour bus stops in front. Rooms are kind of small, but that seems to be most European hotels. Clean, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

It was convenient to tourist attractions, underground and buses. Our room was less than hoped. The TV and room and hotel info was to be found on ipad in room. Our ipad was almost dead on arrival. Thereforr we could not operate tv, tv remote would not work. Our refrigerator did not work. They were not able to fix everything but we did eventually move rooms. The gentleman who took care of this was polite and helpful. He was the only staff who was not rude. The checkin and checkout staff were not very pleadant and did not want to give me a printed receipt. The app did not work either to give me my balance. Overall we were not happy at this hotel and will never stay in a citizenM facility

Good hotel stay here on regular basis however since they updated in room application and iPad as well as changed TV the experience is more frustrating as the TV does not work well , the lag on the application on iPad is annoying and crashes or resets. The Samsung media player does not play AVI files which it use to. The remote control is functionless other than volume it does not do much else.
