This is a terrific hotel. great service, friendly, nicely decorated and relatively updated. Elegant rooms. Across street from St. James Underground station and 5' walk to Westminister Abbey and 1.5 blocks from St. James park. Only negative is Wifi went out on our floor for two days. Offered to put us on another floor but didn't want the hassle of packing and unpacking. They allowed access to business lounge for one night in compensation and took a bit off one nights bill. Wish they offered similar rates on their hotel website to the much better rate I got on Expedia, as I prefer to always book directly. Would definitely stay here again.
Centrally located to all of the attractions. St James part was a 5min walk and Buckingham Palace was 7min. Westminster Abby was 7min and parliament square was 10min. Staff was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about Dominika. She made us feel welcomed and very comfortable.
The entire staff at Conrad were wonderful. In particular, the guest services manager, Maria, made our daughter’s entire trip special with her kindness. From the moment we arrived after a long flight, the Conrad made our family feel at home. We will certainly be back in the future.
The service was generally outstanding. The room was spacious and well appointed. Easy access to St James Park Underground Tube/Subway station which was literally across the road. Victoria Railway Station (hub for Gatwick express trains from Gatwick airport) was a 15 min walk away. Very good breakfast - high end. In house pub - also high end. In house fine dining restaurant. Will stay there again for sure
The executive suite room was great -- with lounge access --which was great . We did eat in the Blue Boar pub which is part of the same group --food was excellent but food service in the pub was poor .
Service in the hotel and lounge was excellent however .

Total Chaos.
It started the day before my trip they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually they found it. I then asked to check in early by 2 hours. They then said I would have to pay for an additional full night. I paid it.
When I got to the hotel again they couldn’t find my reservation. They then had ne checking out on the same day. The administration is in total disarray.
They then had a system fault that lost all the keys. Chaos. Never again.
Cannot beat the location to Buckingham and Westminster Abbey. All others easily accessible by the London Tube. Plan a bit more time for Ubers in this area as there is congestion.
