Very nice stay at the hotel and the staff were very good, especially Deepika in the restaurant, excellent service and very nice girl, welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault the staff or hospitality. Good hotel and the welcome cookies are very nice too!

Staff were welcoming and really helpful, attentive and customer-focused throughout stay. Compact but lovely room with everything I needed-hairdryer, ironing board etc. Quiet around rooms, not much exterior noise. Lovely Reception area.

Do not use the iron!
Below par for what you’d expect from this chain. Fortunate the staff in the restaurant were fabulous as they made up for the keys not working for the room, the iron being a death trap, no bottles of water for the room and the most pointless uncomfortable pillows ever.

I liked that Ubers would wait right outside the hotel no confusion about the location. I didn't like the distance from St Pancras Station by walk but I didn't know I could get off at a closer one!
