More for a solo traveler
Upon arrival the front of house was very welcoming every member of staff I interacted with. The hotel is cashless which I don’t think was advertised enough as I was paying cash and ended up having to source another payment method. I stayed in the king size room, I knew the rooms where small but honestly didn’t think of the practicality of it for 2 people, nowhere for the suitcases or even to put the extra blankets or pillows, we even struggled putting up the ironing board let alone walking around nowhere could pass 2 people in one area. The rooms were hot even though the air con was on max which resulted in frustration and broken sleep. The rooms were very clean just not practical, great location nice and quiet and 5/10 mins walk to Victoria Station.

Convenient near Vic station. Quiet neighborhood. Small hotel so relatively calm. Fast check in without ridiculous form signing and talking so thats much appreciated. Rooms are fine ans clean. Lack of sound proof doors so some hallway noise. Ceiling rainfall showerheads not cleaned of water calcification so the little plaatic nipples on the showerhead get clogged and water sprays horizontally and even out of the shower area....please clean, its simple to just run your hand over the plastic sprayers a few timea and it will clear it right up.

Quiet rooms. Everything supposed to be controlled electronically but not intuitive. Controls from an iPad in the room were inaccessible due to a French-language interface - should have been set up by the staff to operate correctly prior to renting the room. Room temperature set at 28.5°C and could not be changed without an override from housekeeping.

Great place to stay that’s not in the busy areas of London. Clean rooms, large shower area, convenient amenities for lights and curtains. The thermostat was easy to use, despite what some reviews might say—they just didn’t know that you had to go back to the home screen in order for the changes to take effect. Would stay here again my next trip to London.

I booked this location as i needed to be close to the Victoria Station, and It was 4 min walk. Very close to everything. i am very pleased with this hotel. modern and updated. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends.

Nice hotel, good location
We had a CityView King room. It was clean and updated but barely bigger than the bed. The location was great for the sights we wanted to see and for access to the Underground. The staff was great and very friendly.
