Couples stay
Hotel was overall pretty great but we struggled with using the TV, seemed to be hampered by awful hotel based software as a fairly modern LG tv! Wasn’t able to stream anything from our devices so was fairly useless. Bed although comfortable was 2 singles pushed together which meant both of us woke up in the gap various times throughout the night, this seemed strange as there was definitely no room in that that room to convert to a twin

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Saint, the room was comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location to catch the tube to all major tourist attractions throughout London. Staff were friendly and accommodating - appreciate the luggage storage service, it was very handy.

Booked for birthday celebrations weekend in London. Staff were very helpful when booking and in person when there. They arranged a little surprise for the birthday boy and soon produced an ice bucket to help with the celebrations.

Overall we had a lovely stay. There was once instance were the night staff was really rude and unhelpful but the rest of the staff was really nice. The room was clean, the view was amazing, the breakfast was good too.
