Great location
Perfect place for an overnight stay, just a short 3 minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station but in a tranquil square away from the traffic. Very clean and comfortable. No lift but only had a small suitcase so stairs were manageable. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely room but it wasnt a relaxing stay.
The room itself was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great with a lovely rainfall shower. However we had a basement room and there was a floodlight for the yard shining into our window at night. We were then woken up at 8:30 sunday morning with someone cleaning our windows! Then the fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds. We could also hear people walking along the corridors quite loudly.

My room was small but perfectly equipped. I was able to open the window wider than a couple of inches which was great. I was at thd back if the building so it was very quiet. The shower was amazing. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had a downstairs room as I have mobility issues. They organised a taxi for me. An excellent night's sleep and I'll use this hotel again.

Very clean and great value for a hotel so close to Kings Cross station. Had a great sleep! The shower does soak almost the whole bathroom floor however due to the design of the room, so be prepared to always have to mop up using a towel after showering. The streets around the hotel after sunset do seem to have quite a lot of dodgy people hanging around, and probably aren't the best place to be walking around for long. But I know this isn't the hotel's fault - just good to highlight as an FYI.

The hotel is basic. Floorboards in my room squeaked constantly no matter how hard I tried to avoid creaking them. I knew the people in the next room would hear the noise, as the walls are so thin, I could hear them talking in their room. My room was tiny (although to be fair, I had chosen a single bed room as I was only there for one night before flying out). PS don’t expect a friendly welcome at reception on arrival. You’ll be lucky if you get a few mumbled words when receiving your room key.

Delightful little hotel.
We had two single rooms, ground and second floors. Both clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff lovely and helpful. I will stay here again. We are all delighted with this place.
