All the staff were friendly, helpful and considerate. This hotel is in a wonderful location, short walking distance from Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Paddington Station and many shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast each morning was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time in the area and had a comfortable stay.

It had everything we needed! Lovely clean room, comfortable bed. Full English breakfast, toast, cereals and a few other options. 3 min walk from Paddington station so perfect location All staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed a couple times before and will definitely stay there again.

We were surprised there was no a/c, however, quickly realized with the variation in temps at night, it definitely was not required. Management and staff were very accommodating and the English breakfast was definitely a plus. Room space is limited but served our purposes. Excellent housekeeping and service (thanks Mel!) Walking distance to Paddington station, Hyde Park, and more. Really enjoyed our stay, so welcoming!

This room, while small and without air conditioning, is clean. Water pressure is typically low, impacting toilet performance and resulting in a dripping shower. A traditional English breakfast is provided. The hotel's location is excellent, midway between Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Alot of dining options nearby.

Had a great stay here, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the room was small but very comfy. Some bathroom amenities would have been nice to have in the room but the complimentary breakfast was great and I felt well looked after my whole stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.
