We got to our room and found a cockroach on the bed. That says it all. Also the room looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. Worse hotel experience ever.

Close to Paddington with all of those advantages, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!

Good and functional
Single room was small but it worked well. Cons:The portable fan didn’t work and the tv remote was very grubby. Pros: Clean, functional. I would particularly like to compliment the reception and breakfast staff. Complimentary water in reception and tea, coffee etc. in the room was much appreciated.

In England to watch the game
Room was fine. Single bed. Very very small square footage. All I needed was a place to sleep. Hotel was a great location. Walking distance to the train and easy access to other modes of transportation. All good.

Kept getting cigarette smoke smell in the room. They left cleaning supplies in the room. They also entered the room when I was inside without knocking (12pm).

The property is very old, the room was not like it was in the picture. Most of the time the hot water is only running. The area is good, a lot of restaurants and stores around, 5 minutes of walking to Paddington station. Overall, the hotel is overpriced.
