Location is great near two train stations. Good restaurants in the area. Some odd bathroom designs like the counter detached from the wall so water and belongings can fall behind. Also nowhere to store clothes in bathroom while taking a shower.

There was no heat in are room and the gap window just letting cold air flow in, same with multiple guests we spoke to, they gave out some electric heaters some guests didn’t get one, also the staff didn’t really seem to care, also some extra surcharge added to my bill above the total I was quoted!

The front desk staff was soooo accommodating, I arrived from the US and they expedited my check in so that I could shower and get dressed before my event. They even offered to take photos for and got anything I need upon request. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are soo beautiful, I loved the marble. Housekeeping tidy up my room without asking. It was the perfect location for exploring the city, only 10 min walk from Paddington station and close enough to explore Hyde park and make use of the hop on-hop off buses!

I read a couple mixed reviews on this hotel, but I needed one close to where family was. It's not the neighborhood I typically stay in, but I was very pleasantly surprised! From the beginning, they contacted me on their own to ask if the sofa should be made into a bed apon arrival (I was traveling with my two children). All the staff from check in to check out was over the top accommodating, they were so friendly to my kids, and any special requests I had were met immediately. The house keeping was amazing everyday, you'd never know i had kids eating crackers in there, and all the linens were perfect. They also have a great complementary stock of nespresso and water. I never heard another guest from my room, and as far as I know, no one heard us. Would stay again.

Really nice hotel, modern and well decorated. The only thing for me that was a negative was that the bathroom did not have drain covers for the sink and bathtub and I just get an ick when looking down drains. We only stayed for a night so didnt really make a fuss but if we were to stay longer, would have become an issue.

The rooms are beautiful with great anmenities in them (fresh cookies and Nespresso pods every morning) and the staff is lovely however we found the location a bit far from everything. The one benefit of the location was being close to Hyde park and the Diana memorial playground. My other issue is they pump a very strong floral fragrance throughout the rooms and lobby. They were able to turn it down in the room but would not turn it down in the lobby - it was very over powering. There is construction out front however it was not an issue, we didn’t hear anything from the work being done.
