Really handy location for our London city break. Main areas of hotel were nice although room itself in particular the bathroom would benefit from a refresh. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor each time it was used and the temperature varied a lot with poor water pressure. We found the lady on reception at check in to be very nice however distinctly average interactions with all other staff throughout the rest of our stay.

Extremely Comfortable
Following an 18-hour flight, this was a welcome rest; the service was impeccable. With only two elevators and one in repair, the transition between floors was slow. The breakfast was busy but good and was of value for the money. I slept very comfortably for 12 hours. It was amazing. thank you

The bar inside the hotel is pleasing to the eye and the sight above from the glass elevator is lovely. Our room did not come with a view and our window view was another room across the bridge.

Nice but.
A very nice hotel overall. Great breakfast, nice pool and spa facilities and great service. We were let down a little by our first room that had its climate control stuck at 25.5 degrees. The reception team were responsive and resolved this with a room change on the night (a bit disruptive with two little girls at 22:30), but at least it was resolved as there was no way we could have slept with that. This was just an overnight stay for my wifes 50th birthday. The rooms were spotless and the location superb.
