No response to emails, the phone number provided whwn called was “no longer in service’ so we never stayed there! It was the poorest communiction by wotif & this hotel. we just couldn’t trust we had a real booking despite now asking to rate our stay! Paid for non existent service. Terrible start to our first European holiday.
The couch sagged so much that only one person could sit on it. There was no toilet paper and we had to walk a few blocks to a store to get some. We checked in quite late so we weren't pleased.
We booked this room for NYE at the last minute. The reviews weren't great so we didn't have high hopes. However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff member was very friendly and the room was very good. We had a fully fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom and pull out sofa for our daughter. The location was wonderful - 10 minutes from Hyde Park. We will definitely stay there again

Thin walls and floors but great location.
WiFi doesnt work on 3rd floor. Floors are noisy and thin and can hear inconsiderate occupants' every step and door slam. Also water pump is loud which turns on every time the faucet or shower is turned on in the bathroom. We rented another room on a lower floor but that bathroom didn't have this pump. Initially the tv didn't work either but it was fixed after a couple of days.
But the units and entire hotel are clean and the location is great. Less than half a mile to underground station. Less than a mile to Victoria and Albert and Natural History museums.
There was literally no means by which to heat the the apartment. There was mould in the shower on the ceiling, the soap must have been years old as it would not lather at all and the bed was old and felt like a pull out couch. The apartment was so cold I used to blankets to stay warm. It was quite cold and had been below 0.
Great location but I wouldn't stay there again.

Rude Staff. Poor facilities. Inaccessible service. No hot water. Shower broken. Badly damaged flooring. Curtains not working. Insufficient lighting. Walked away before it could get any worse, due to dissatisfaction on all fronts. Difficult, complicated and time consuming complaints process. To be avoided.
Apartment wasn’t great mould in the bathroom and kitchen, grease on kitchen wall, curtain tie backs hanging off the wall, only half a toilet roll on the toilet ok for what I paid but at full price would have been a complete rip off
'Lux' it certainly wasn't. It looks shabby from the outside and goes down hill from there. The room smelled bad, and desperately needed redecoration and new furniture. Couldn't even get the TV to work. I checked in, stayed 30 minutes and then left - I preferred to drive 3 hours home than stay the night.
I booked through Expedia but kept getting texts from hotel telling me I couldn't check in until I paid them a separate £300 deposit - and they tried to switch hotel locations. It took 3 calls to Expedia to try and sort this out.

I would not call this luxury
The location is quite good close to Earls Court tube, but was disappointed by the room. These were advertised as luxury but my room had curtains that were falling off the rail(the rail actually fell down in the bedroom and I had to replace). The room was really hot and the shower cold even on the highest setting. The room was clean and spacious though a little tired. Tea and coffee was in the room but no milk, but as these are advertised as self catering flats this could be forgiven. There were extensive, pots, pans and cutlery though. These were advertised as 4* and I would say more like 2*
We are really disappointed and unhappy with the apartment in wich we stayed 4 nights.
A lot of things didn’t work or weren’t functionnal:
- In the bathroom and the bedroom there were no lights next to the mirror and the bedside. It was impossible to see ourself in the mirror to do makeup or put the contact lenses for example...
- The first day we had no hot water in the shower. The day we arrived, after 23 pm, someone took a shower with ice cold water.
- After taking a shower, water drops fell from the ceilling above our head. There were odors of the sewers coming from the shower. The noises were extremely annoying when we opened the tap. It sounded like a train was passing by and you also hear it very loud coming from the neighborhood which also woke us up in the middle of the night.
- We didn’t have any Wifi connection at all.
- Some stuff was broken: a glas next to the fridge was broken, the furniture in the bathroom was broken too, the button from the microwave, the cooking plate was in a bad condition.
- The couch was not comfortable, you fell the bedsprings and it was a really tiny couch.
- We didn’t cook but there were no wipes which was not convenient.
Nevertheless, the check-in process was okay and the apartment is well-located.
Mini appartamento ampio e abbastanza pulito, vicino alla stazione di Earls Court e comunque in zona centrale. Internet disponibile gratuita e funzionante. Tv con cavo antenna guasto. Personale alla reception spesso assente.
