The hotel is well situated and clean but the windows are old so do not keep the noise out. Shower is great but no bathrobes provided which I think is poor for this standard of hotel - probably wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel itself was pleasant, rooms are nice. Same standard of room can massively differ though - we asked to move rooms due to it not looking anything like photos, this was able to be done for us. Location just feels a little bit further out than other hotels I’ve stayed at in London.

It is a 1936 building , Lobby looks good but corridor are all beat up , carpet and walls , dark , staff is good and affable, but also very aggressive toward tips .

Stay was good. Hotel had broken elevator, very haggard public spaces and we had to switch rooms due to the strong smell of mildew. Staff is doing their best with a not perfect building.

Very comfortable every time I’ve stayed here but there wasn’t any room upgrade availability which was a shame and beds weren’t so comfortable, could do with a mattress protector at least. Overall I would recommend, modern, clean, great location and staff are very helpful at check in, great value for money

The lady on reception was very rude upon check in. We had 2 rooms and she couldn't find the other booking but was rather ruse when we were trying to give other names for the booking. We eventually found the correct name for the 2nd booking. We had originally booked twin rooms but one room was a double with a cot. We were told that this would be sorted but it wasn't so 2 males had to share the double bed.

We arrived early morning so we safely had our bags stored for the day. We were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who was friendly and welcoming. Our room later was very clean, compact but had everything we needed for one night stay. A great shower with a comfy bed along with tea and coffee making facilities. They had even put a suprise birthday cake in the room and gave us 2 free drinks at the bar to celebrate my Daughters 21st. The hotel is very modern inside and in a perfect location which felt safe for us 2 young ladies. 10min walk to Euston and only 10/15min walk to Marylebone High street which has lovely shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitly stay here again and recommend it.

Hotel was amazing. Great location close to tube station and Regent’s Park. Staff and service was excellent. Sound proofing between rooms could be better. But overall, a great place to stay.

The Melia was perfect for our overnight stay in London. It’s located right in Camden near a lot of public transportation options and a walkable distance to Regent Park, London Zoo, and Camden Market. The area seemed safe to walk around at night and was relatively quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and check-in/out was very simple.
