I stayed at this property during my first visit to London for 3 days. I found it very strange that the rooms are away from the hotel. You have to walk a block away to be able to find your room in another building. The rooms are outrageously small, it barely fits two people. We stayed in the suite with a small balcony and was very hard to move around with our luggages in the way. The worst part was the restroom it was so small and it had a smell of sewage the entire time. The AC did not work during our stay so we slept with the balcony door opened to get cool air , but felt unsafe doing this as it had access to the roof. They sent a technician to fix it but it never worked. The only positive thing about this property is the proximity to Chinatown and all of the other central areas. Everything was walkable. But for the amount of money that we paid, I expected something more comfortable and a bit more convenient. My advice is to find something else.
The location of this hotel is absolutely outstanding, right in the middle of Soho. The rooms are very small, but they offer all the space you need if you’re efficient with them. I actually had a room with no window and I’ve never slept better in a hotel. But claustrophobes beware — 7 m² is a very small space.
My go to place when I have to catch a flight out in the morning. Safe for solo travelers, 24hr front desk, walking distance to great food shops and theaters and the tube!
Small, clean and well located hotel, with a nice bar. We had a room on -1 which had a lovely big bed, but very little floor space. Despite being under the street level the walls were surprisingly thin.
The bar is great for a cosy pre-show cocktail. I’d recommend this hotel for couples who are staying in central London for the theatre.
Great one night stay.
Room was small as decribed but had everything I needed, lovely bathroom with premium toiletries.
Found the lights a bit complicated but also didn’t ask for help! Would advise getting an extra pillow.
Ambience seemed lovely, staff on reception super friendly.
Brilliant location.
Would stay again.
When we arrived we were greeted warmly and informed of a noise in our room. We were given the option of full refund or some money off our stay which we did. The way staff handled this was very good, complimentary.
Our room was lovely, clean, named shampoo conditioner body wash and body lotion. Bed was so comfortable.
On check out we got further discount if booking again.
Great stay thank you.
I knew it was going to be small when I arrived, and I was on the top floor so I had a skylight which probably made it not feel too bad. It was a little tight, but it was just me. Not sure I could do it with another person. The shower was really nice. A lot of people complained about noise, but I never heard much. Again, maybe 4th floor benefit? They were really nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable even though I had to sleep diagonal since my feet hit the wall (6'2"). The location was great and honestly I have nothing bad to say at all. It was just small and I knew that going in, so prepare for that and you'll be fine.
Budget hotel that was situated in a separate location. Zero amenities in terms of toiletries and 1 small bottle of water in the room. Rooms were cold and left feeling unsafe in a separate building. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. Staff unhelpful.
Room was very small but very practical, well decorated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good price too for London. Would definitely recommend.
