Property is off of an alley, in a quiet lovely section of Mayfair. Walkable to Hyde park, and to Green park. In the area are plenty of places to eat and shop.
Perfect for family travel with Big Budget to spare
Even the maids did not know how to operate some of the gadgets because it’s so high tech. Refrigerator shut down for over 24 hrs, wasting 2 days worth of groceries from Waitrose. I never got an apology call from management. Convenient location but poorly ran. I got the biggest penthouse btw. Stayed for almost 2 weeks, so I am not a regular complaining guest. I spent big bucks and didn’t get ONE PHONE call of apology.

This was the best accommodation I've had in London. Centrally located yet quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this place.
Apartment is fairly good. Modern design overall with generally good quality furniture etc.
Problems on first day. Despite booking for 3 people (2 adults and teenager) via Hotels.com - it took 6 phone calls to have bedding made available for use with the sofa bed. Told us was our fault for not letting them know that we would want to use the sofa bed. Where else was the teenage child supposed to sleep? Hotels.com and the Natives need to sort out the communication because my booked was clear and the inconvenience cost me a couple of hours of my time trying to sort through multiple operatives.
Other issues with fridge and soiled sofa detracted a little from the apartment.
Overall though, a decent stay in a pleasant part of town which makes lots of central London in walking distance.
Nice staff who were helpful especially cleaning staff.

The property was amazing, I absolutely loved staying here! Extremely clean, great services and prime location.
Relatively it was good. Nonetheless we find the communication could hv been better. For example after our booking was made, we didnt hear from the operator on the arrangement ie how to access to the apartment etc, not until we visited them 2 weeks prior to our stay to enquire on the necessary. Secondly, we hv sent an email a day earlier to request for a late check out, only to receive the reply after 24hr ie after we hv left the apartment.
