Pan Pacific London is the first hotel I've ever stayed in my years of traveling that truly made me feel at home. We stayed in London for a week. During the day, we had a great time walking and touring around the city. By the time we were done and back to the hotel, we felt so relaxed in our room which was so warm and cozy that I'm not exaggerating it felt like we were back at our own home. The housekeepers also added nice personal touches to their daily work. For example, they neatly tied up all our digital cables and electronic chords (we had so many laying around in the room) which inevitably brought out an appreciative smile on your face when you came back and saw them. All the staff we met in the hotel from the first day we stepped in to the last day we left were all super sweet and helpful with no exception. These are the names I can remember: Hazel, Antonio, Kamal, Luvick. And there are many more who I did not get to ask for their names. Their genuine care and hospitality made this hotel stand out from the rest. It is worth mentioning that my daughter has severe multiple food allergies. She was so well taken care of when we dined there including our afternoon tea experience that I did not have slightest concern in our entire stay. We tried the afternoon tea at Fortnum & Mason later on - it felt so pale in comparison in terms of both food quality and service. London is a wonderful city. But Pan Pacific London, you added color and warmth. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at Pan Pacific London. The room was great, but more so the customer service was amazing. My girlfriend got ill the night before we were supposed to depart to Paris. The hotel helped me extend the stay. They brought my girlfriend fruit, water, tea, extra pillows and checked in on her. When the staff saw me throughout the day they asked how she was doing. Incredible experience that made a stressful time so much easier.

This was our first time coming to London, so we split up our trip and stayed at the Pan Pacific for the first half. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Everyone from the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, wait staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They were all very helpful in any way that we needed help. Luvic in the restaurant upstairs was great, very knowledgeable and had great service. Leah at the front desk was so accommodating to us, she was always open for any questions and gave us peace of mind. Anna in housekeeping was great as well. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms are amazing. We would return.

We needed to book two rooms for our family of five and requested a connecting room. We got a two queen bed room and an accessible king room as a connecting room upon check-in, but the accessible room did not work well for us as we did not like the low water pressure and the shower layout and requested to change the room and the concierge changed our room to beautiful king room on the second day without any issues. The pool and sauna was really nice and we enjoyed them everyday. Also, the location was perfect. Especially since we were there for a concert at the Wembley Stadium - we were able to take a tube from Liverpool Station and it only took 20 min. We also took Elizabeth line from Liverpool Station to get to the airport which was much faster than taking a car service - we are always late to the airport and it worked out perfectly! For me personally what I loved was the bathroom amenity- "Duptyque"!!! For dinner, Duck Waffle in the next door building's rooftop was fantastic. We truly enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific.

World class. Friendly and high calibre service and venue. Weve stayed a few times and much if this was remembered including preferred room and double checks with food orders for my wife (had a small glitch last time some months prior). Extra special props to the hotel reception team; especially the lady from Cantu (apols didnt get her name) amd Bruno who provided a tour de force high value breakfast experience for us. Bravo and thankyou! Heres to the next stay!!

WE LOVED the big beautiful room. The staff was outstanding especially Sharon at the restaurant. It was occasionally noisy outside --but that is to be expected in Central London. We slept fine and would stay here again! LOVED it!
