Room unclean in the room and bathroom. Breakfast used to be great before the takeover. Now it is better value for money to use other places nearby. Since the change in ownership you can tell they have cut a number of resources in the hotel by way of staff, products etc. The prices have increased and although convenient in terms of location there are better options nearby.

The tiny family room had no table lighting by beds, no dresser, no drawers, no clock, terrible bright lighting above bed, asked for a new room with basic things like lighting by the bed and nothing available, hotel should be rated as 1-2 star. Definitely, not a 4 star hotel. Hotel room dirty, dirty vent (asked to have it cleaned, said they would and they did not) bathroom tiny and dirty, mold in shower. Stayed with two teenage kids - not enough room and no where to store your clothing. Ended up leaving hotel two nights early and booked a 5 star hotel that was amazing. Was supposed to be here 6 nights and couldn't imagine staying the whole stay there. Many hotels were booked for holidays so I couldn't get out of here until the end of the trip. Stayed 4 nights of 6.

1st room we were given wasnt clean! Dirty toilet, unwashed glasses etc..... staff were very apologetic in fairness, then gave us another room. Hairdryer didnt work properly and you had to keep holding the kettle switch to boil it. No nets etc on the windows so you had to keep curtains closed all the time for any privacy

Very convenient to the tube and the local restaurants. Quiet at night. Housekeeping was great and rooms were sorted well. Thank you for a good stay. PS-regardless of your status with Expedia or Radisson, early check in only happens when you pay for early check in. Wish it was different. I got to the hotel before 9am (and I emailed about this) but did not get a room til the evening. They were not sold out! Staff was super nice and did not promise anything. I am sure this is a daily occurrence. If they told me to pay a fee, I may have done so....I saw the email sent prior to arrival. That is the only reason I knew there was a 125 fee for early check in. It was never verbally offered, though!

Great central property! Very clean and modern. Great staff, great breakfast. The only criticism I have is that I didn’t know I could ask for vegetarian sausages at breakfast and I didn’t know either that I could ask for eggs &c to be cooked for me. It might be worth just telling guests this sort of thing when they enter the breakfast area or when they are served coffee.

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading as it is not really on Tottenham Road. It’s off a small street. The staff weren’t terribly accommodating. It seems they just wanted to rush people in and out. Not very attentive. Also the room was incredibly small. The bathroom had mold in the soap dish in the shower, which I had to stand sideways because it was long and narrow. The toilet in the bathroom was so close- almost up against- the wall. It was very uncomfortable. Not up to Radisson Blu standards. Would not recommend.

Sadly a less than positive review. The lack of care by the staff to help fix some reservation issues was less than helpful. Rather than trying to find a solution they just kept saying it wasn’t their fault ( and it wasn’t) so they didn’t need to help. It meant however they because of a third party booking glitch, my daughter and I were not in a suitable room, still paying a very expensive tariff On top of this the carpet of the hallways on our floor had rubbish on it for the 2 days we were there. So given the miss on expectations for the price paid. I was not impressed and would not re book.
