The hotel is situated a walking distance from Earl’s Court metro station, and opposite a large Tesco store. Plenty of amenities around, bars and restaurants. In general the apartment was spacious and enough for three of us, nicely furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. In general a good place to stay

As a Marriott Titanium member with experience staying at numerous Marriott hotels, I must say that this particular hotel falls short in terms of staff service, notably the housekeeping delivery team. Despite clearly indicating during booking that three people would be staying in the room, we only received two sets of towels. Repeated requests for extra towels on December 26 resulted in a four-hour delay in delivery. Additionally, when we discovered there were no toothbrushes in the room, the staff member who brought the towels promised to get them but failed to return promptly, leading me to fetch them myself after an hour. Interestingly, three other guests were also at the lobby complaining about missing amenities. Another issue was the extended wait times for the lift, averaging around 10 minutes before being able to board. This delay is particularly inconvenient for guests on the top floor. Furthermore, there were instances where the lift would not even reach the top floor before descending back to the lobby. Moreover, there was no supervision in the laundry room, resulting in some guests leaving their washed or dried clothes unattended in the machines. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower room on the 10th floor was disappointingly weak, with water barely trickling from the shower head, which made showering on cold winter days quite uncomfortable.

It is not nice that they take a deposit upon entering the hotel. The location of the hotel is far from the center, but it is in a place where you can go everywhere by metro.

Lovely property. Staff is very courteous. I could name many who were extremely helpful and good... but will do it at the property site itself. Only thing i would like to see improve is the house keeping services.

Good, comfortable place to stay with family. Owing to the festive and holiday season, it was pretty expensive. Otherwise, an awesome location and comfortable stay. A minor flaw is that the breakfast menu was redundant on all the days with not many varieties, especially for vegans. That could be worked on.

The breakfast was amazing. It was very convenient to the tube and other areas. Lots of restaurants within a short walk as well as a Tesco grocery store next door. Free laundry and a nice fitness facility made this a gem.

Great stay, only downside was the elevator was slow (it was quicker to use the stairs) and we had the unfortunate experience of the fire alarm and evacuation in the middle of the night, but overall great stay. Close to the tube and the italian restaurant across the street was amazing!

Not at all as described or how it looks in the photo. We had a suite because we have 3 kids. I guess in order to cram that rxtra bed in the room the removed all closets snd/or drawers.a super tight space without a single place to store your clothes or luggages. Also they said they're was parking off site and that was untrue. The place they sent us to did not have parking and they couldn't give us a solution. We jad to call around frantically hoping we works find something. When we did, it was double the price of the off site one the told us about PLUS we had to take a taxi back to the hotel which was $40 each way. The only positive i have to say is that the staff at breakfast are very nice
