The Hotel is well located to visit London. Several great restaurants around and a grocery store. Walkable distance to Buses or Tube. The restaurant staff are very nice and Breakfast is very good., The only negative point is the noise that can be heard from de Hallway. This point should really be addressed by the Hotel. Thanks

Staff are very friendly/ eager to help. Kidus as soon as we entered, he greeted us and helped us to upgrade our rooms and allowed us to check in earlier. We travelled from New York and stayed a day in different hotel which travel agency booked for us and didn’t like it,had to switch. Even though, that hotel is also part of the Marriot Bonvoy but, totally different experiences we experienced. Also, want to mention Joseph and Shavkat they helped with luggage & they have a great personality as well. All of them are very professional, friendly, kind and eager to help. Whenever we saw them they always greeted us, asked how are we doing and wished a great day. We had questions about sightseeing places they recommended few and showed us how to get there. These three people went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Not just us to everyone! Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to them!!! I’ll definitely book again for future trips & refer my friends and family. Thanks again, Umida & Maruf.

It’s near picadilly line which leads to major attractions in london, and next to a big Tesco. The room design is really bad. The double bed is right at door, the sofa bed is way too soft, the towel has no place to keep, the lift is always crowded… Overall not recommended for family.

This hotel was exceptional regarding its services especially its free laundries that is available to all customers. Not only this, the breakfast provided to all guests were outstanding as there were various options for pastry and breakfast menus. The location was also adequate as the Earls Court Station was only a 9 minute walk allowing visitors to easily travel to their destination without spending much money. Also, Tesco is right around the corner, near the hotel so it was nice to have a grocery store nearby for additional food to eat. However there isn’t really a room service as they don’t directly deliver it to your room and you have to pick it up yourself from the lobby and the food is also not made from the hotel, it is made from a restaurant nearby. Despite that factor, everything else was enjoyable and I would recommend visiting this hotel as the prices are affordable compared to the services you can access.

Walls are paper thin and no sound proofing at the doors into the hallway. We stayed not knowing that Notting Hill Carnival was on and didn’t sleep a wink with the noise of guests coming and going all night. Raised this with reception who kindly moved us to a new room which was much better as the bed was not against the hallway wall.

STAY AWAY: I’ve never left a bad review for hotels because I understand experience is subjective. But this is the worst property I’ve stayed in. And I’ve had some forgettable ones in my entire travelling carrier. Has nothing going for it besides the location. I could give you a million reasons but overall, if you have other options, I would book elsewhere Definitely do not recommend for families either. Room are below average, extremely tight and I mean very tight. Overall not what you’d expect from Marriott.
