We love this hotel, and stay here whenever we visit London. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is ideal for all the things we like to do: jog in Hyde Park, stroll the gardens, shop the stores along Kensington High Street, jump on the Tube to go see a play, eat a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants nearby.

You are truly in the heart of London when you stay at the Royal Garden. Sadly the window in our room did not seal properly, and although the view of Kensington High Street was stunning it was noisy. Its close proximity to Royal Albert Hall and so many fantastic restaurants and Kensington Castle and grounds was an added bonus qnd made for amazing evening and morning walks.

I have bed bugs bites on my thighs and back and I'm in terrible shape. The hotel only changedy sheets!!!! 5 stars! Change mattress,not sheets! Must refund my stay didn't bother themselves one bit. Breakfast was horrible, loud, classless, boring, poor quality

I've stayed at this hotel before and I love it. The staff is oustanding and everyone is cheerful and happy to please. It is very convenient to transportation and yet - set next to Kensington gardens and palace.

Great for families with small children due to proximity to Hyde Park and basic groceries. 1-bedroom suite option is great for families. Hotel is a bit older, so noise can be heard between floors and walls, but within normal for other hotels from the same time period. Staff was very accommodating to requests. Hotel amenities perfect for transporting to/from airport with kids.

Great stay
Amazing service and staff. Was allowed to do early check in upon trying to put our luggage on hold, which was fantastic. Concierge helped schedule airport transport as well. Breakfast was great too! But the location was the cherry on top. Will return and recommend.
