This hotel was just lovely and I would go back in a heartbeat. Great location around the corner from the tube, major attractions, and shopping. Excellent breakfast buffet, lovely evening dessert and tea options, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quick response to issues and requests. Service in the breakfast area was particularly excellent - Ramos went above and beyond!

We had an incredible stay. The room was much larger than I expected. Very clean and the staff was awesome. The history of the hotel was very interesting. The hotel staff gives the kids a Top Secret mission at check in. My son loved searching the hotel for the answers. Also, the location was fantastic. Super close to food options, the Tube, Buckingham Palace and Parliament (just to name a few). I would definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent as well as the accommodations. Excellent breakfast every day, as well as a cocktail reception with entertainment for the whole family in the late afternoon/early evening during the summer months. Thank you for the lovely family stay! We will be back.

Beautiful hotel clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the bathroom was noisy when flushing toilets. There was construction going on nearby and you could here that in the afternoon Great bar for drinks after dinner.
