I had stayed at the other Studios2Let property but this was my first time staying here. I was happy to find it is a very similar experience. The location is busy and so can be a bit noisy, but I found it wasn't a problem. The area feels safe and it is very convenient to a tube station. I love having a small kitchen.

The room was smelly, heater did not work, shower only went cold to scolding hot. The hallways are stained disgusting shag carpet. The bathroom was barely large enough for a toddler. You get what you pay for. The only positive is that it is very close to the underground subway and above ground trains going to Liverpool etc

Good for what it was. Only inconvenience was no lift so if you are on the top floor you will need to carry your suitcase up stairs which is fine for me but I could see it being difficult for others

For the price it’s what you get. My only complaint was how warm the room was. I get it has no A/c but for a chilly rainy visit it was still very warm. Do not consider staying here if it’s actually hot out. Clean space. Decent size room and kitchenette. Lots of food options.

Great location, close to Euston. Some street noise to be expected from location. Studio was compact but using as a base. Very clean in all area. Room was hot but we opened the windows (some cooking smells from nearby restaurants). Shower was really good. Staff were very friendly & helpful

Not a good experience
I stayed for four nights and would rate it 3 stars. One star for the great location near the train and subway, and another star for King's Cross Studios 2, who helped me switch room. I booked a large room, but it was in the basement. We could hear and feel the subway passing every few minutes, and we also heard people walking above us. The bathroom was broken, lacking temperature control, which made the living conditions very uncomfortable. I had a very bad first night. Since the service hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, I went to King's Cross Studios2 the next morning to request a room change. They kindly found me a small room on the fifth floor. We managed to carry our luggage up since there was no elevator. The new room was clean but quite small, and even in early October, it was hot, so we had to open the kitchen window at night to cool down. They don't clean the rooms during your stay, and you can only exchange towels during business hours, which was very inconvenient for us. On the bright side, being on the top floor allowed us to sleep better at night. In the end, we paid for a large room but ended up in a small one and lost a night's sleep. Overall, it was not a good experience.

We booked a small room. Arrived before check in and was able to access the room earlier. Hallways are carpeted and narrow. Room was small but clean and had all we needed. Tube system nearby and you hear trains passing while it runs. Many good restaurants nearby. Good place to stay and reasonable price.

Small but serviceable room. Close to tube station. Could be a bit loud at night due to close restaurants and traffic. No AC, but luckily it was cool at night in September so we opened windows.

Grand studio, cuisinette complète, même un four, lit confortable, rangement, très bien situé (métro Warrent à eux minutes, gare Euston et San Pancras à 10 minutes), cours partagée avec tables. Buanderie gratuite. Bouilloire pour le café et sèche-cheveux. Nombreuses épiceries proches. Restaurants, cafés tout autours. Google map nous a fait découvrir plein d'endroit dont Regent's place et ses cafés. Bon wi-fi. J'étais au sous-sol, à côté de la buanderie (112). Ça ne m'a pas dérangé. Odeur d'humidité forte surtout dans la salle de bain. Nous on l'oubliait après 2 minutes, mais nez sensible s'abstenir. Il fait un peu chaud, mais on nous prête un ventilo et la fenêtre s'ouvre (contrairement à ce que j'ai lu ici).
