Very stylish and comfortable. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great service bring ice, coffee packets, etc to the room. We stayed 5 nights and it was great. If you are in one of the smaller rooms like we were you would be smart to bring a small makeup mirror bc there was no electric outlet near a mirror. I had to straighten my hair looking in TV reflection.

Great Hotel

Great service and facilities. The rooms are compact and cosy and have everything you need in a business trip. Within a walk of Fleet Street and the City of London with great transport links to the wider city and surroundings. I always stay here if they have availability when I am in London.

A really cool hotel. Decor is stunning and was so nice to be able to bring my dog along with no fuss. They even brought her a bed and bowl to the room. Food was reasonably priced and the bed was so comfortable. Will be back for a longer stay next time!

Made my case on yelp. Service is hit or miss had amazing help at front desk and bartender at seabird and breakfast and bar help at alibi. Scheduled room cleaning needed to be continuously asked for and the employees were allowed to eat wingstop spread all over the bar but the paying guests were asked to take Uber eats to their room. Mice were caught running around lobby. Truly not expected for the cost of our stay & the price; the white glove service was definately missing and needed to ensure safety, care & professionalism. Kind of off for a central hotel and on wrong side of the river! Was truly upset by the way we were treated when we had to order our ubereats meal! A stay at the more central Ritz or mandarin would have assured that better care of its guests.
