Our stay at the Langham was perfect. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The club staff extra helpful and friendly. We had room service twice and the pizza is delicious!

Generally very good. Staff polite and courteous with 1 exception. But many went out of their way to help. House keeping was superb except missed one night. One night ice service very sub par. Did not have place to store clothes (no drawers/dresser) and fridge was filled with minibar. But many nice touches: complimentary fruit, towel warmer.

I’ve always wanted to stay in the Langham having walk past it many times for work and all seemed a classic old school hotel. The hotel is really done out very well recently refurbished. The service is excellent, but slightly understated and relaxed. Even the upgraded room was a little bit small, The Palm Court wasn’t quite up there compared to hotels of similar standards. The bar and cocktails were excellent, and some of the best in London.

Have stayed in many top hotels in London from the Lanesborough to the Ritz and Savoy. This measures up to all of them. All of the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Loved the neighborhood. Less crowded with tourists and very close to Regents Park and REGENT STREET. FINISHES, DECOR AND RESTAURANTS ALL FIRST RATE.
