The room price is relatively ok. If your on the back side of the hotel, it's pretty quiet. The front side has noise at all hours from people talking after midnight to glass bottles being emptied out at 5:00 a.m. Also, you can hear emergency vehicles on Cromwell.
Some rooms are a little newer, but we had newish one where the air conditioner did not work, but had a portable one, which worked ok (it was not extremely hot, so it kept us cool at least). It had a pipe going to the window, but there was a huge gap between the window and pipe flashing to the outside. When it was cool, the room felt kind of cold due to the big gap in the flashing.
The breakfast at the restaurant was way too expensive for what you got.
