The hotel was in a beautiful location! The single room is small though. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is simple yet delicious.

The staff is professional and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to get a room and settle in. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the tube, many restaurants and Hyde Park. The room was comfortable and cozy for the 1 night stay. The hotel has storage, so we were able to leave our bags for a few hours and pick them up to head to the airport. The con was the shower. It was a challenge, since there was no place to put toiletries. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything was respectable. The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy though. Bathroom was nice and warm. Very convenient for tube and the carnival. Good restaurants nearby.

My single room was a shoebox that had a fake window. Clean-Yes, aircon directly on my body whilst asleep as you cannot sleep in that room without aircon it is so hot and stuffy. Location is excellent, staff were friendly enough and nice midday checkout.

Wonderful hotel at great value price!
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The AC was nice and cool. The room was clean and cozy. The price is very reasonable. The breakfast was delicious! The hotel is in a perfect location 6 minutes from Bayswater Station but nestled next to a beautiful small park on a lovely and charming street. I really love this hotel and staff!

This property was perfect for my purposes. I had been forewarned in other reviews the room would be small. And it was. So if one intends to stay in the single room, be aware: No, there is no separate place to put ones luggage. You put it on the bed to access it and then you close it up and tuck it at the end of the bed when you are done. There is really only room for one suitcase in the single. If you are travelling light and fast, as I was, it is PERFECT. You get a great value in an expensive area in exchange. It was quiet and comfortable and I was quite happy. Note also, that the shower is the size of one in an RV. So if you cannot balance well, or are larger than a 15-20" gap, you will not be able to fit into the shower stall. But it is VERY clean and nicely appointed, including a washcloth. There is apparently a restaurant on the property. I found it by accident when moving through the floor. The staff had not mentioned it to me on arrival. The staff is very responsive, but did not initiate information. When I overslept and was afraid I was not going to make Heathrow, the receptionist was kind and calming and oh so helpful. I cannot say thank you enough to her.

Great area- very convenient, lots of restaurants and a tube stop nearby as well. Only thing I didn’t care for was being in a room below street level as there was no natural light. Next time I go I will request a room at or above street level.
