Poor service from the front desk to breakfast. No room service..ohhh but a vending machine! Breakfast was like a school canteen. Far too busy, cold food..horrible coffee. Tables far to close. I heard the whole conversation of those next to me. Room just okay. There was nowhere to have a short business meeting with a colleague. The bar was shut and I was ushered out. I was told..we dont open until midday. I asked where I could sit and have a decent coffee...I was sent to Pret! Needless to say..I wont be back!

Everything was great. Amazing breakfast. Small room with a useless closet. Also, no air conditioner. At this price point it should have ac. And the heater was on all the time without any control to turn it off.

The staff had an attitude and was not helpful at all. They were impatient with my questions and also when I called in to request late Check out, they told me to physically come downstairs to ask the manager myself. Additionally there was no AC and the rooms run really hot in the middle of October. The bathroom also smelled really musky.

Perfect small room with everything you need. Only thing I would change is to add a couple more hangers in the closet. Seventh floor was quiet. Breakfast can require a wait for a table at popular times but the buffet is replenished regularly

Improved hotel but VERY VERY noisey

The refurb has made a difference. Bathroom floor tiles starting to lift and hard grout on the floor. Building work is very noisey and no indication of the when checking in which is very poor. Would be good to have decaf coffee

Lovely stay rooms are great and very clean. The queue for breakfast needs managing better so more staff on the desk as there were lots of spare tables and staff could have cleared them more efficiently.

The staff were listless and useless they called a cab of a private service that was slow and more expensive than a black cab There was no temp control in the room the ventilation in the lobby and room was poor

Could not fault hotel on location, cleanliness and breakfast was lovely. Staff were not very warm or friendly especially at reception. We decided to leave a day earlier and when my husband handed back our room key and explained why they didn’t enquire or ask was there a problem etc just said oh okay. Room itself is okay, bathroom is nice. Bed was a double and too small for us did ask to upgrade but no other rooms available. Though we would just go with it but bed was uncomfortable, bedding was too thick, room was too hot. Tried sleeping the second night with just the cover for the duvet, opened window but had to shut it because of noise outside. After two nights of rubbish sleep, sore back and in a hot room we had enough. Beware you can hear everything in the hall, talking doors slamming and I had to use my ear plugs as could hear someone snoring. Won’t be back and would not recommend it
