Good location.

Good location. Generally quiet for a large hotel but the hotel machinery can be dronie. Had some issues with electrics but sorted in the end. Room comfort good. Bathroom good. Nice shower gel.

Proximity of hotel to Underground Station and dining facilities. Breakfast was outstanding; a variety of hot foods, coffee and tea choices, veggies and fruits, etc. Atrium restaurant was very convenient for hungry guests, too. Front desk personnel were helpful: Hotel is clean. Another chair in the room would be better for us, though… Thank you.

The hotel is ok, great location. The room is tight for 3 people. The bathroom is also tight and untidy since the water from the shower will definitely make the floor wet. The separate toilet is very unhygienic since you have to wash hands in the bathroom. The hotel is old and needs updating particularly the lobby furnishings. The fromt desk staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a quick walk to the Russel Square tube stop. There are some dining options nearby. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are larger than many London rooms, but they do not have air conditioning. The hotel did provide a plug in fan, which was necessary since it was unusually warm for early September.

Overall we had a good stay at the president hotel. My only feedback, which is not a knock against the hotel, but rather just a heads up to other guests, is that depending on which side of the hotel you are on, it can get very loud outside at night. Our room was facing one of the roads and due to no AC (not an issue, we understand lots of places are like that) we left our window open. But even with the window closed, it got super loud at night with people on the street, cars/mopeds going by. Again, not a knock against the hotel, but just a heads up. Also, the shower had a half-door which led to the bathroom floor getting soaked

Very good hotel.

Great location in easy access to tube. It was great to see investment into fixing the roof and drains since our last visit. We were very pleased with the standard and cleanliness of our room and the hotel. Have to compliment the helpful friendly staff and the amazing breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

Me and my partner came to this hotel last minute after booking the Coldplay concert. Upon arrival Alexander was very welcoming and sorted us a quiet room away from the main road which was much appreciated. The room itself, no complaints at all, due to no AC a fan is provided and did the job. Bathroom very good. Cleanliness was very very good and no issues. Breakfast in the morning was good and varied. Luggage hold worked well before we travelled home late on the following day. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks very much.
