The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was standard, but clean and well equipped. The little kitchenette in every room is a fantastic feature. We felt welcome and relaxed and would definitely stay here again.

The service was impeccable. Linda at the front desk was especially wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The little kitchenette was a great addition. The location is also great. Easy to get wherever we needed. Completely beyond the hotel’s control there was a humming noise outdoors at 3am in the morning and as I am a light sleeper it woke me. It did not affect my husband and daughter. We were very unexpectedly compensated. I would definitely stay here again as overall it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located in Soho ~ I walked 4 minutes and through Soho Gardens to see a play! And it's a 2 minute walk to the metro.

Fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was modern and clean with a small kitchen area we were not expecting. The rooms were very quiet despite being in a busy area of soho. Less than 15 mins from Waterloo and under 10 mins to Palace theatre/Leicester Square area.
