This is the best hotel I have stayed in a long time. Even the ‘smaller’ interior room feels luxurious. The staff is amazing. Everything About the standard is a TEN!
Definitely not a 5 star stay, although it was a 5 star price.
Aside from odd design choices that don't make much sense (towel hooks, curtains not quite long enough), the plumbing was awful and the room underwhelming.
The fact that it's so expensive made me resent our stay.

But was woken up at 4 am with a group of ppl on the balcony chopsin after asking then shouting at them rang front desk it stopped at 5:20

Have stayed in various hotels in London and this one was definitely in my top picks. Great location (next to King's Cross & St. Pancras stations), nice restaurants/bars inside the hotel with delicious food. Room service was fast and responsive. The room was comfortable and warm (which is nice when London is usually quite damp in November/December). Only small observations worth noting was the shower was quite small and the windows did open but it was very noisy outside with traffic so had to keep them closed.
