Nice location, clean comfortable room for 3 adults. Nice en suite. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast included in room price. Friendly, polite helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel above average, I should say I do not expect spacious room like in Canada but comfortable enough for 3. Walking distance most of the sights, we use to hike no problem for us. The best part is the breakfast serves hot and the servers were wonderful..good coffee. I will stay in the duture. Excellent service.

Area was nice and felt secure, walking distance to Victoria station and close to nice shops and Harrods. Our hotel room was clean and neat. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Owners are involved in the service and were very pleasant, they even allowed us to leave our luggage as we need to go on a tour after checking out.Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay again if ever we go back to London.

The Windermere was a beautiful property. We wanted an older hotel with character, and the building had that. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was quite good.

Good hotel, centrally located - 10 mins walk from Victoria. Room was (expectedly) small - single room. It was clean and quiet. Shower etc was very good (although the sink was small). Easy check-in. I did not have breakfast. Overall, a good hotel for a good price.

The hotel itself was fine, but I was put into a small, close basement room. The size was to be expected for a single room, but it smelled musty, and was airless. Even though it was not warm outside, I still put on the A/C in order to sleep. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent hotel and an awesome breakfast that is made to order. The service was amazing and staff very friendly. They had umbrellas to use for the day. That made a huge difference in our plans for the rainy day. We were able to see many outdoor sights like watching the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham.

Lovely local location for the theatre .. comfortable bed and room settling. Staff were friendly. Some cleaning kissed at bottom of shower and on top of plug sockets. Would stay again.

The hotel is very quaint and in a nice neighborhood. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was for 3 people so it was a little crowded but the beds were comfy and had a very small tight bathroom but it was clean and nice. Only place we stayed on our trip that had actual wash cloths. Our room came with breakfast but we had to leave for the airport by 6:00 AM. They brought us coffee, yogurt with granola on it and toast and jam at 5:30AM to our room. That was so nice and we very much appreciated it.
