This was an expensive motel. The accommodations were nothing special. Parking for the night should have been free of charge yet we were charged for it. I felt like I paid the price of a 4-star hotel for a 2-star motel. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and trusted that it would be a similar experience, but it was not.

Very Thankful
I was very happy. Art was kind and because I stay often he waived my parking. Very generous and kind of him to do. I never had such a great experience like this place. I will come often just to get away. Thanks alot Art and staff.

Person responsible for the food did her best and made sure there was enough food, but the appearance of the property and the individual rooms left much to be desired especially considering the high price paid. I feel like I paid for a motel with hotel pricing and some motels are cleaner and newer than this place

The staff was not professional, Tony (front desk) seems to be all the time in bad mood, no smile, no hello, no courtesy at all. The so called hot breakfast seems to be frozen items that gets reheated, not prepared from scratch. It was not at all worthy of the price I paid.

Nice property
Everything was great....nice remodel of the property. The only negative was a slow drain in the bathroom sink, and the cold water was a dribble....only hot water mostly. :( Also, the parking spots are very narrow, and many can't be used when larger vehicles park.....pretty much all spaces only accomodate smaller vehicles.

The only bad part was housekeeping didn’t hit our room and the soda machine broke but other than that a really good experience, we stayed cause it’s off the beaten path of events but still close enough to be in the area. Every person at the desk i met was friendly and helpful.
