Worst stay ever
The hotel was beautiful, and clean. However the breakfast bar was terrible, and the front desk manager was the rudest and condescending person I have ever met. He should not deal with the public because his human communication skills are non existent. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I was treated terrible. If you have any kind of disability, I suggest you pick another place to stay because he definitely discriminates disabled people. We will never stay here again. We came out for our anniversary and because of him it was completely ruined.

This hotel was exactly as expected, a lovely, well kept, quiet, mid-priced hotel in downtown Long Beach. Super great access to the convention center. Excellent fresh ground coffee in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was always attentive and welcoming, even at 2:00 am. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but just don’t walk in the wrong direction on 1st Street. Doesn’t feel safe! But, the hotel itself is great, with very friendly staff. The young man at the desk even gave me a list of local eating establishments with approx distances to walk. I would stay there again.
