You won’t be disappointed.
Well other than they are remodeling you couldn’t tell the property is clean. The new younger owners are great and so friendly.i stay here at least 3 times a month. It’s about a 5-10 min easy walk to the grove CBS studios is a cross the street if you want to go to a taping of the Price Is Right with host Drew Carey.Hollywood and Highland a short drive about 10-15 mins also there is West Hollywood 5 mins away and let’s not forget the Beverly Center 5 min and Beverly Hills 10-15 mins away. There are also great eateries near by. And don’t forget the NY Cake Pops down the street they are to die for only a 10 min walk. It’s clean it’s fresh plenty of things to do who wouldn’t want to stay here.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! Smelled horrible, they didn’t have an iron, the bath tube was rusty,. Least but not last they didn’t have hot water,. I ended up leaving the place,. Good thing expidia reimbursed me all the money,. I’m so disappointed I would never stay in this place ever again!

I love the area and how close it is to a lot of shops and stores. The thing I didn't like was that for the price and location of the hotel, there should be an assigned parking spot per room. I went out late with my baby and had to worry about finding STREET perking at 1 am. That's unnaceptable some hotels even provide a parking spot for a fee charge, they just state first come first serve essentially which I don't think is okay.

The property badly needs to be remodeled. If you change out to a white comforter, it would make it more updated. No coffee, tea or ceramic cup! I even brought my own coffee and milk. The little plastic cups that you provide would not withstand microwave heat. Please at least provide an electric water kettle!

The property is in a great neighborhood and across from the Grove. This is a reasonable cost to stay in this neighborhood. Overall the property is outdated and the street noise and light is not blocked out from window. It was very clean though.

The room phone was DISCONNECTED from the wall, laying in the middle of the bed. There was a 'mish-mosh' of useless hangers, the faucet in the sink was broken, unable to dispense any hot water, the single bed in the 3-bed room was hard as a brick. You want more!!?? The 'office' area (I use the term lightly) had a distinctly heavy musty odor...it stank. The 'receptionist' (again, a loosely used term) was sully and completely unfriendly. In short, it was trash. The only upside, no bugs, that I could see. I originally reserved my stay for 2 nights, I'm SOOO glad I revised my stay to 1 night!!!
