Hotel was okay, it was not nice nor ugly just in the middle, the only reason I tried this hotel out was because it had Top-Golf but turns out you need to reserve it's and cost $60 to reserve it, keep in mind you need to reserve it a couple days in advance.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful at check-in and very friendly. The hotel was very nice, quite, very close by, easy walk to convention hall and other establishments. Will stay there again.

Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. Walkable to the Pike and to convention center. Went for a weekend music festival and it was the perfect location. I would have given 5 stars but (1) none of the USB plugins worked in our room, we were lucky enough to have packed our USB 'boxes' as the standard outlets worked fine for charging (2) took our Do Not Disturb sign off but never received maid service so when we returned late at night, we had to request towels from front desk (3) after a very long weekend, knowing we could sleep in on Monday morning, we awoke to the sound of a very large jackhammer right outside our window that was removing asphalt from the hotels driveway.(4) bathtub surface was very slick!!
