The staff way great, the rate was great, the bar/pool was good. Travis at the adjacent shop was the one of the stand out folks that was fantastic with information, directions, and was just great to chat with. The only thing that didn't work for me were the dark creepy hallways and the hair the little German girls left everywhere. Otherwise, all good!

I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. My only gripe is the auto lights everywhere in the room and bathroom. The lights would start to turn off while I was in the shower and I had to open the curtain and wave in time to get them to stay on. Last would be they don’t have water for purchase or complimentary which most hotels do

We love this location and have stayed several times. The rooms are great, rooftop pool cool, and location walkable to the Orpheum where we are normally planning to see a concert. The best part though is easily the staff. They are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. Thanks!

I had a great stay and felt safe while I was with them! The staff was really nice and the girls I stayed with in the dorm were all really cool overall great experience and would definitely do it again! Also has a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street which is convenient!

Nice with Key Flaws

Pros: Well-designed space, near most of what we needed to get to in DTLA, lovely bathroom Cons: Can't sit in the lobby during big chunks of the day because it turns into a bar/cafe. So to meet up with others, we had to stand in front of the check-in desk or outside. Check-in took a long time with only one staffer. Kitchen in the basement is dark, dismal, but it had a fridge and microwave. Our room with 2 sets of bunks was extremely tight.
