Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shared female 4 bed dorm - quite cramped, not a great layout: door colliding with bathroom door across 1m² entryway which was also the space in front of lockers. Fine for one person not for 2+. Access to top bunks quite difficult/awkward, Common space also cramped. A curtain on the bunks would be nice for privacy. Nowhere for residents to prepare food/coffee. Decor of room, lobby, cafe kiosk/restaurant very cool. Price was great. Location ok but area a bit sketchy.

Pillows needs to be cleaner, they smelled someone used them, as well as the bed, the employees in the front and the other staff were nice and helpful, TV has no option to cast videos which is almost useless. Everything else were okay.

The staff was nice and they have security at night which is great in DTLA area. You use your room card to enter the elevator floor, I like that security protection. I had a great time solo traveling & this was the perfect stay!
