Staff was very nice. Room was very clean although small. Bathroom was tiny. Walls and floors are a bit thin. The parking situation is challenging and the street and area itself did not feel safe. It was very dirty, which is not the fault of the hotel.

Loved the Hotel, My check in was a breeze with Kate and the second day of my stay i met Bree who made sure was comfortable in my room and if i needed any food recommendations. I would recommend upgrading as it gave me an AC room with continental Brekafast which was the best!!!

Stayed at the tail end of summer 2024. It's walking distance to alamitos beach, within spitting distance of a sushi pace. Excellent little hotel: clean, quiet. Staff offered a direct line of communication in case of issues. Excellent, soft bed linens and pillows. Would stay again

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel for two nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making my visit truly enjoyable. It was worth upgrading to an AC room which had additional amenities. The access to the lounge, which offers a complimentary breakfast each morning, was a great perk. I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast—it was a delightful start to each day.

Greenleaf is a comfortable cozy bed and breakfast near everything in downtown Long Beach. Hotel is over 100 years old, but it has all the comforts of home. Everything is updated and newer. This is a perfect choice in downtown Long Beach!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! I had a fantastic stay and was particularly impressed with the staff. Jay, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service during check-in. He informed me about an upgrade option, which I took, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. My wife and I stayed there and upgraded to an AC room. It offered numerous amenities; the lounge had a wide selection of snacks, and we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. I was impressed by the renovations and plan to become a regular guest.
