The room was great. The staff was attentive to my needs. There is dining but it can be pricey and a bit of a walk to go to nearby shopping areas. Overall it was a decent stay.

Next to my room, the people were so loud I couldn’t hear the TV in my room. I had to call the front desk ones at 12am and second time, at 2:30am to knock on their door and ask to bring their TV volume down. That was so annoying. Poor room service, even I asked for everyday room service, but they didn’t even charge the sheets or wipe on top of drawers or put more towels in the bathroom / shower! Not happy about their service :(

Exceptionally nice hotel.
Great location in a very nice, clean area of Burbank. Large and very clean room. Service at check-in/out was very friendly and professional. Food at restaurant was good. I would stay there again.

I like mostly about everything. We were just a bit disappointed as we were advised of a free breakfast since our 2 day booking did not maximized our time. Due to a cancelled flight, our 2 day stay was cut short to 1. As a complimentary to this untoward event, we were advised to get free breakfast. Come the following day we’re disallowed to have it.
