Location for seeing attractions was fine. Our room was in need of repairs. No toilet paper, took two phone calls for toilet paper? drawer kept opening because not level, ended up tripping when I went to bathroom in the middle of the night. Room is dated and in need of repairs. Young lady at the desk when we checked in at night was on the phone with boyfriend I believe. Saw us and looked away. Then a young man came over and walked by us twice then asked are we being helped. I say no and the young man said o i thought she was helping sorry for the wait...WHY are we bing charged for parking garage?

Not the best hotel. Room was dirty, smelled like wet dog and the my kiddos are allergic to pet dander. Overall extremely disappointed and staff did nothing, and for reference I’m not someone who gives reviews.

The room was great. The staff was attentive to my needs. There is dining but it can be pricey and a bit of a walk to go to nearby shopping areas. Overall it was a decent stay.

Next to my room, the people were so loud I couldn’t hear the TV in my room. I had to call the front desk ones at 12am and second time, at 2:30am to knock on their door and ask to bring their TV volume down. That was so annoying. Poor room service, even I asked for everyday room service, but they didn’t even charge the sheets or wipe on top of drawers or put more towels in the bathroom / shower! Not happy about their service :(
